Job summary

Charles Schwab in Orlando is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Product Management, to drive digital transformation by delivering Salesforce-enabled experiences for client-facing representatives.

You will collaborate with product, technology, UX/UI, service, marketing, and business partners to translate client and representative needs into meaningful product solutions, with a strong emphasis on strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce and/or product management experience.
• Experience shaping product strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritization and lifecycle execution.
• Ability to translate business opportunities and user feedback into product requirements.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology, UX/UI, service, marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management efforts enabling client-facing representatives to leverage technology solutions.
• Partner with product and technology teams to deliver Salesforce and digital solutions.
• Develop understanding of end-user needs and prioritize initiatives from stakeholder insights.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to facilitate feedback sessions, OKRs, and UX improvements.
• Develop strategy and roadmaps that evolve Salesforce capabilities to meet business objectives.
• Translate business and user needs into product requirements and priorities.
• Work with technology, design, service, marketing, and business partners to evolve digital capabilities.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Use feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for continued improvement.
