Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Product Management to lead shared digital capabilities that connect representative and client communication channels with Schwab’s client-facing platforms. You will own strategy and execution across channel integration, interaction data, AI, and authentication to empower representatives.

Initially, you will support a modern servicing platform and Salesforce while designing scalable capabilities for other applications and business

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading digital product management initiatives.
• Experience defining product strategy and delivering across discovery to delivery.
• Experience delivering shared platforms, data products, or enterprise capabilities.
• Strong understanding of contact-channel technologies and interaction data.
• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities and transcription/analytics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business units and leadership levels.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes for interaction intelligence and channel integration.
• Translate needs into prioritized capabilities and delivery plans.
• Lead integration of NICE, Teams, Zoom, and Salesforce with client-facing platforms.
• Oversee AI-powered interaction tools and data governance across applications.
• Partner with architecture, security, and compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through discovery, development, launch, and adoption.
