Charles Schwab seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions within Sales, Services and Marketing Technology. You will work with Product Owners, architecture, engineering, and analytics teams to define requirements, epics, and acceptance criteria, and to guide delivery from concept through to deployment.

The role emphasizes data integration, data quality, dashboards, and governance in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business systems analysis experience.
• 5+ years in business architecture or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with focus on platform integrations, APIs and ETL technologies.
• Strong communication skills translating business needs to technology.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving, linking requirements to business value.
• Ability to translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and models.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives amid ambiguity and changing needs.
• Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Business Systems Analyst for large-scale Marketing Integration initiatives.
• Define data requirements, quality standards, migration approaches, and integration strategies.
• Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering, and analytics teams to translate objectives into epics and stories.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, roadmaps, and release objectives.
• Lead cross-functional Agile delivery and promote best practices.
• Design and improve business processes, intake workflows, reporting, and delivery practices.
• Develop dashboards and delivery metrics for program health and progress.
• Design and implement agentic AI and automation solutions to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with technical architects on process flows, integration designs, and documentation.
• Contribute to strategic and quarterly planning, identifying dependencies and deliverables across teams.
