Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Product Management, to drive digital transformation enabling client-facing representatives to serve Schwab clients effectively. You will shape strategy for Salesforce capabilities, reporting, digital channels, and integrations, collaborating with product, technology, UX/UI, service, marketing, and business partners.

Success requires a blend of product management, strategic thinking, relationship building, and execution.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Salesforce and/or product management experience with responsibility for delivering technology or digital capabilities.
• Experience owning product strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and lifecycle execution.
• Ability to translate opportunities and user feedback into product requirements and outcomes.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology, UX/UI, service, marketing, and operations.
