Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Management owner to drive features for our software platform. You will bridge customers, engineering and stakeholders, translating needs into deliverable product work.

You’ll own the backlog in Azure DevOps, collaborate with UX designers via Figma, and guide agile delivery across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or product owner in software/SaaS.
• Experience gathering requirements from customers and users.
• Backlog management and sprint planning in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with UX designers using Figma.
• Strong communication and Agile/Scrum knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, workflows and pain points.
• Translate insights into product requirements, features and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with designers to align UI/UX with expectations.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and releases.
• Present releases to stakeholders and support onboarding of new features.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback for improvements.
