Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Modern Workplace Product Owner – Active Directory to lead the AD platform as a critical enterprise service. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, align with security requirements, and govern delegated operations across the West region, with emphasis on Entra ID integration and hybrid identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in large-scale Active Directory environments and enterprise identity service ownership.
• Strong understanding of AD security, delegation models, and MSP management.
• Experience with Entra ID and hybrid identity environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of the Active Directory service, including vision and roadmap.
• Serve as single point of accountability for the AD platform across the West region.
• Ensure alignment with business needs, security requirements, and Modern Workplace strategy.
• Oversee AD architecture, trust relationships, and health monitoring.
• Govern incident, change, and recovery management for the AD environment.
