Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in the Information Technology group seeks a Modern Workplace Product Owner – Active Directory to own the Active Directory platform as a critical enterprise service.

You will ensure AD is secure, resilient, compliant, and aligned with business and security requirements, combining strategy, governance and delegated operations. This role defines roadmaps, oversees forest/domain design, manages IAM and Entra ID integration, and collaborates with Security, MSPs and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in large-scale Active Directory environments.
• Experience in enterprise identity service ownership.
• Strong understanding of AD security and delegation models.
• Experience managing Managed Service Providers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of the Active Directory service, including vision, roadmap, standards and continuous improvement.
• Act as single point of accountability for the Active Directory platform across the West region.
• Ensure alignment with business needs, security requirements, and Modern Workplace strategy.
• Forest and domain architecture, domain/forest functional levels, FSMO roles, and trust relationships.
• Sites & Services, replication topology, health monitoring, and resilience.
• Govern incident, problem and change management related to Active Directory.
