Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Product Management owner to translate customer needs into features for our software platform. You will bridge customers, engineering, and stakeholders, manage the backlog, and drive timely releases with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with UX designers in Figma, oversee backlog grooming and sprint cycles, and present new releases to stakeholders while ensuring quality and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or product owner in software/SaaS.
• Experience gathering requirements from customers or users.
• Proven backlog and feature lifecycle management responsibility.
• Proficient with backlog tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Comfort with UX tools such as Figma and collaborating with designers on UI/UX.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges, workflows, and pain points.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, features, and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate with designers (in Figma) to ensure UI/UX aligns with customer expectations.
• Work closely with engineering to scope, define, and refine solutions for delivery.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product release cycles.
• Present upcoming releases to stakeholders and support onboarding of new features.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear product documentation and communication across teams.
