Job summary

BST Global is seeking a tech-savvy Product Manager to own and evolve the Platform & Integration portfolio. You will drive planning, delivery, and support for platform features, working with sales, consulting, and technical teams to evangelize capabilities.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on authoring of user stories, and experience with .NET, APIs, and Azure services. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least six years of work-related experience.
• Three or more years of experience leading software delivery teams or initiatives.
• One or more years of prior experience as a software developer desirable.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, define, and prioritize product requirements and user stories; manage backlog and roadmap alignment.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain product documentation including guides and release notes.
• Create prototypes and demonstrations to showcase features to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, and tech support to evangelize platform features and drive adoption.
• Lead delivery of enterprise-scale software with agile practices and strong cross-functional communication.
