Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Product Owner – Active Directory in Nashville to own the Active Directory service across Bridgestone West. You will drive vision, roadmaps, standards, and governance, partnering with security teams to ensure policy alignment.

The role oversees hybrid identity strategies and AD–Entra ID integration, while coordinating with internal teams and MSPs to maintain security, resilience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in large-scale Active Directory environments.
• Experience owning enterprise identity services (IAM).
• Strong understanding of AD security and delegation models.
• Experience managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of the Active Directory service for the West region, including vision and roadmaps.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for the AD platform across Bridgestone West.
• Ensure alignment with security requirements, Zero Trust, and IAM standards.
• Define boundaries and governance for internal teams and MSPs; manage incidents and changes.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and resilience strategies for AD environments.
• Lead integration efforts for AD–Entra ID and hybrid identity scenarios.
