Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Retirement Services to serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams in a client-facing role in the United States.

You will shape retirement program roadmaps, lead governance and executive reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and value realization for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Client Engagement, Relationship Management, or related leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Retirement Services, Retirement Administration, Retirement Operations, or Retirement Benefits programs.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and senior client leadership teams.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and client-facing engagements.
• Strong experience leading governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, resolve conflicts, and drive issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning business objectives with delivery outcomes.
• Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile product management and enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale client portfolios and strategic accounts.
• Background in account growth, contract renewals, and customer success initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe, CSPO, or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs and initiatives.
• Manage project and program status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and business outcomes to client and Cognizant leadership.
• Lead steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive status discussions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and coordinate resolution activities across delivery teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor on retirement-related business initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and client requirements into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, service expansion, renewals, and long-term client partnership development.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, product, and business teams to ensure successful execution of business priorities and client commitments.
