Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Retirement Services to bridge business stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams to drive retirement domain initiatives. You will shape retirement programs, align priorities with client goals, and drive value realization across the engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in Product/Program Management or related leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Retirement Services, operations, and benefits programs.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and senior client leadership teams.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and client-facing engagements.
• Strong governance, steering committee, and executive reporting experience.
• Ability to manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Solid business acumen, communication, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs.
• Manage status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, and business outcomes to leaders.
• Lead steering committee meetings and governance reviews with alignment across stakeholders.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution activities across delivery teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor on retirement initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of priorities.
