Job summary

Energy CX in Chicago is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the customer-facing energy purchasing and tracking platform during a high-growth phase. You will define the vision and turn it into an interactive, data-rich experience — think Bloomberg Terminal or Robinhood — giving clients real-time visibility and control over their energy decisions.

You will lead the roadmap with Engineering, Design, and Quantitative Strategy, gather requirements from clients and Sales, and ship features that

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with leadership responsibility.
• Hands-on experience building fintech/trading interfaces or real-time data products.
• Strong technical acumen: APIs, SQL, data pipelines.
• Track record designing interactive, data-dense UX for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and vision for the customer-facing platform.
• Define data visualizations, live pricing displays, and interactive tools for clients.
• Gather requirements from clients, Sales, and Customer Success to drive engagement.
• Write detailed PRDs and work with engineering to ship features improving engagement.
• Define success metrics and use data to prioritize the roadmap.
• Lead integration with market data and pricing infrastructure for real-time accuracy.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption by clients and teams.
