Job summary

Energy CX in Chicago seeks a Senior Product Manager to own our customer-facing energy purchasing and tracking platform, turning it into an interactive, data-rich experience with real-time visibility and control for clients.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, and Quantitative Strategy to define live pricing displays and analytics, gathered from clients and Sales, shaping the roadmap, metrics, and adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with leadership and roadmap ownership.
• Hands-on fintech/trading interfaces experience (terminals, dashboards, brokerage apps).
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, and data pipelines; technical background a plus.
• Track record designing interactive, data-dense UX for non-technical users.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, CS, Eng, and Design.
• Data-driven mindset with defined success metrics and decisions backed by data.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and vision for the customer-facing platform.
• Define data visualizations, live pricing displays, and interactive tools.
• Gather requirements from clients, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Write detailed PRDs and work with Engineering to ship features.
• Define and track success metrics and use data to prioritize the roadmap.
• Drive integration with market data and pricing infrastructure for real-time accuracy.
• Lead change management and adoption across clients and internal teams.
