Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Hands-on experience with digital payment networks (Zelle, RTP, FedNow, ACH).
• Strong understanding of payment rails, settlement lifecycle, and financial‑services regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams and deliver complex technical products.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long‑term strategy for digital payments, including instant transfers and money‑movement enhancements.
• Lead end‑to‑end payment network integrations; manage certification, rules, and operational readiness.
• Convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with engineering to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases.
• Ensure secure, compliant payment experiences through collaboration with fraud, risk, and compliance teams.
• Oversee transaction lifecycle including authorization, posting, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Engage with stakeholders across business, operations, customer support, and technology.
• Define and track KPIs such as payment success rate, latency, and adoption.
• Support platform stability and incident analysis for continuous improvement.
