Job summary

Incendia Partners is seeking a Director of Product, Digital Solutions to lead strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of digital payment products. You will focus on push provisioning, tokenization, and mobile wallet solutions while partnering with Technology, Sales, and Delivery across initiatives.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing a product team and driving market-focused product launches and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in payments or fintech.
• Experience delivering push provisioning, tokenization, and wallet solutions.
• Ability to engage with engineering on APIs, architecture, data flows.
• Proven track record bringing digital products to market from discovery to adoption.
• Strong market discovery, roadmap prioritization, business cases, and Agile practices.
• Cross-functional leadership across Technology, Sales, Delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define market needs and translate into product strategy and positioning.
• Own and maintain a prioritized product roadmap balancing strategy and delivery.
• Translate sales and executive needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product development with Technology, managing backlog and scope.
• Align Technology, Sales, and Delivery, ensuring launch readiness.
• Lead product launch planning with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery.
• Manage ecosystem relationships with banks, processors, networks, and wallets.
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption, revenue contribution, and performance.
• Develop and coach the product team as needs evolve.
