Job summary

Enfuce, a global payments partner, is seeking a Product Manager in the Issuing team to shape core payment processing capabilities and drive resilient, scalable services.

You will own complex product areas with autonomy, collaborate with engineers and data analysts, and translate business strategy into technology delivery while fostering leadership.

This role offers opportunities to influence KPIs, build cross-functional networks, and contribute to Enfuce's mission of reliable payment solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in payments, card issuing or financial services domain.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments, in regulated settings.
• Strategic thinking to identify high-impact problems and formulate initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to tie decisions to KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution within the Issuing domain.
• Scope opportunities with engineers, data analysts and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional product development teams through discovery and delivery.
• Align product investments with KPIs and business strategy.
• Create and validate business cases using diverse data sources.
• Drive prioritization and delivery planning focused on customer value.
• Build networks to enable cross-domain collaboration.
