Job summary

Via in New York is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a scaled portfolio of Rider and Driver products. You will shape strategy, align stakeholders, and work across engineering, product, and operations to deliver intuitive mobility solutions at scale.

You will leverage your 5+ years of product leadership to translate research into specs, set success criteria, and drive end-to-end deliveries, while embracing AI to expand reach and improve the transit experience for riders and public sector

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in startups or scale-ups.
Experience shipping AI-powered features with measurable impact.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the overarching product strategy for Rider and Driver platforms.
Develop scalable functionality for complex deployments with mobility, payments, and user communications.
Translate user research into clear specifications with hypotheses and success criteria.
Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to align stakeholders.
Establish a data-informed prioritization framework for roadmapping.
Serve as the central liaison across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams.
