Job summary

Via is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Remix platform, focusing on usability, scalability, and AI-led insights for transit planning. You will drive a multi-year platform vision and work with engineering, design, and data science to ship best-in-class modules.

You will engage with customers, shape AI-enabled workflows, and ensure data flows power decision making across planning, scheduling, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform or infra-focused roles.
• Ability to articulate multi-year platform vision and prioritize features.
• Strong usability and product-quality instincts.
• Experience defining how AI/analytics are integrated into workflows.
• Comfort with data models powering planning/scheduling systems.
• Collaborative, cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data science, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own the Remix platform roadmap for usability, scalability, and flexibility.
• Define and drive the AI-led insights vision within Remix for data-informed decisions.
• Maintain end-to-end product view from planning to operations and back.
• Prioritize vertical feature investments to ensure best-in-class modules.
• Partner with engineering and design to improve platform usability.
• Define how AI and analytics surface in the product to drive action.
• Engage with customers to validate priorities and pain points.
• Stay current on industry trends to keep Remix ahead.
