Job summary

Paperless Post is seeking a Senior Product Manager I/II to refine and execute a growth roadmap for Revenue Growth and Pricing experiences. You will lead pricing innovations influencing events volume, monetization, and user satisfaction across the end-to-end user journey.

You will partner with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and data teams to test hypotheses, publish a rolling roadmap, and embed AI tooling to boost PM impact while reporting outcomes to executives.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of product management experience in a developer-centric environment.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers, and PMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with data storytelling.
• Customer-focused with a bias for action.
• Experience with KPI/OKR-driven product development.
• Experience with A/B testing and measuring impact.
• Ability to organize and influence across agile teams.
• Pricing/monetization experience in ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize events volume, monetization, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, CustOps and Data to rapidly deliver growth tactics.
• Refine, publish, and deliver a rolling multi-sprint roadmap for the pricing domain.
• Lead cross-functional teams and integrate AI tooling into workflows.
• Track and report success and learnings to stakeholders and leadership.
