Headway is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Monetization and Pricing in the United States. You will own pricing experimentation end-to-end, designing and running tests that unlock substantial growth.

You will partner with data scientists and product teams to define a principled pricing approach and create new revenue streams through bundling and un-bundling. You will collaborate across Finance, Provider Growth, Payer, Ops, and Legal to align on pricing decisions affecting providers, patients,

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of PM experience with pricing/monetization ownership.
• Experience shipping pricing or packaging changes that impact revenue.
• Experience designing and running pricing experiments at scale.

Aufgaben

• Own pricing experimentation end-to-end: design, run, and analyze pricing experiments with controls and measurement.
• Price and package existing features to create new revenue lines while balancing provider experience.
• Define pricing philosophy: transparent, competitive, and sustainable pricing.
• Inform tiering with data: ground pricing decisions in experiment evidence and elasticity data.
• Build experimentation infrastructure with Engineering and Data for rapid, controlled tests across geographies and segments.
• Navigate cross-functional complexity with Finance, Provider Growth, Payer, Ops, and Legal.
