Headway.co is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Monetization and Pricing to lead the company’s first dedicated pricing initiative in the marketplace.

You will design and run experimentation-driven pricing, identify bundles and unbundling opportunities, and partner with data scientists to measure impact across providers, patients, and payers. This role sits at the intersection of product, economics, and growth in a fast-growing health-tech company.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of PM experience, with at least 2-3 years owning pricing, monetization, or marketplace economics.
• Owned pricing or packaging strategy and shipped changes that moved revenue.
• Designed and run pricing experiments at scale; knowledge of experimentation frameworks.
• Strong quantitative fluency; able to partner with data scientists on experiment design and causal inference.

Responsabilidades

• Own pricing experimentation end-to-end: design, run, and analyze pricing experiments with controls and measurement.
• Price and package existing features; identify opportunities to unbundle, tier, or price features as new revenue lines.
• Define Headway's pricing philosophy; build a principled approach transparent to providers and sustainable for the business.
• Inform tiering with pricing data; collaborate with product teams to ground design in evidence and elasticity data.
• Build the experimentation infrastructure with Engineering and Data for rapid, controlled pricing experiments across geographies.
• Navigate cross-functional complexity; align Finance, Provider Growth, Payer, Ops, and Legal around pricing decisions.
