Job summary

Newfold Digital is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Platform, Billing & Pricing to own the strategy and evolution of our platform capabilities, with a focus on billing and payments. You will drive cross-functional delivery, pricing evolution, and market-facing initiatives, partnering with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.

The role requires owning end-to-end billing, implementing pricing models, and guiding product lifecycle from requirements to roadmap execution in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for platform, billing, and pricing
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
• Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, payments, and subscription management
• Develop pricing models aligned with customer value and business goals

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve platform capabilities to enable scalable product development
• Own end-to-end billing experience including invoicing and payments
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on global tax, billing, and payment regulations
• Develop and iterate pricing models aligned with customer value
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform pricing
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to launch pricing changes and promotions
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, and roadmaps
