Job summary

Root is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for pricing platforms and related ML infrastructure. You will own the Pricing Platform System and guide end-to-end product development across research, validation, deployment, and monitoring to accelerate production pricing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in fintech/insurtech or data-intensive regulated environments.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with predictive modeling, APIs, and orchestration.
• Drive integration of LLMs and AI into data science workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pricing platform roadmap and define the 2027+ vision.
• Lead engineers through full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Actuarial to prioritize platform investments.
