This role owns product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle, and new product development, collaborating across engineering, marketing, sales, and supply chain to drive portfolio success.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in product management or related roles, with a strong track record in lifecycle management, pricing, and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned product categories and deliver revenue, profitability, margin, and market share objectives.
• Lead new product initiatives from concept through commercialization, translating customer insights into solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead launch planning and commercialization activities for new products across North America.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop GTM strategies, positioning, and sales enablement.
• Influence stakeholders across engineering, operations, sourcing, finance, marketing, and sales.
