Job summary

KOKI Group, the parent of Metabo HPT, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Texas from a remote base in San Antonio, with travel across Central and Southwest markets. You will sell, demonstrate, and build relationships with End Users, Pro Sales Managers, and store staff while expanding the Metabo HPT productline.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's or trade school credential, sales or marketing experience in power tools, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Trade School Certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Field Sales or Marketing related role for Power Tools, Hardware, or other Construction Supplies preferred.
• Analytical ability to recognize trends and create strategies to improve success of products.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as a self‑starter as well as with a team for problem‑solving and completing Sales Projects.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, demonstrate, and build relationships with End Users, Pro Sales Managers, Store Management and associates.
• Provide engaging, hands-on demonstrations of Metabo HPT tools to customers and professionals.
• Conduct ride-alongs with Pro Sales Managers on job sites, providing technical advice and demos.
• Develop and maintain relationships with professional contractors and trade professionals.
• Stay up-to-date on new Metabo HPT products and industry trends; train store staff.
