Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. This role spans automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-powered extensibility—the governed operational foundation that reliably powers agents, tools, and experiences delivering Legal Data Intelligence.

Qualifications

7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages
Ability to deliver through ambiguity and hard prioritization
Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products - APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and backlog with sequencing by customer impact and dependencies
Define what done means and enforce it across incubations and migrations
Run structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and customers to surface issues and validate roadmap
Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter or later, documenting reasoning and momentum
Drive velocity while upholding quality and reliability for the platform
Translate platform concepts into narratives for developers and domain buyers
Lead through influence across product, engineering, and go-to-market with data-driven progress and risks clear
