Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will shape direction, define success metrics, and partner with engineering to deliver resilient, secure, scalable platform solutions with AI-enabled extensibility.

You will influence across product, engineering, and partner teams, translating complex platform concepts into clear business outcomes and driving adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across incubation, migration, or scaled adoption.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products - APIs, SDKs, extensions, security primitives, or cloud infra.
• Hands-on with cloud platform architecture (Azure preferred) and AI-enabled SDLC environments.
• Data-driven: use data to set goals, monitor health, and adjust.
• Strong communicator translating complex platform concepts to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog; sequence work by customer impact and priorities.
• Define done criteria and maintain momentum across phases.
• Run structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and engineers.
• Make hard scope calls; document reasoning and maintain shipping cadence.
• Support platform governance, security, and API design for long-term stability.
• Launch net-new capabilities and scale existing ones responsibly.
