Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Automation Services and Infrastructure group, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. The role spans automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-extensibility, forming a governed operational foundation for agents, tools, and experiences in Legal Data Intelligence.

You will own roadmaps, lead discovery with developers and ISVs, and drive adoption at scale while maintaining velocity and quality

Qualifications

7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
Experience with developer- or platform-facing products (APIs/SDKs) with measurable adoption.
Hands-on cloud platform architecture experience (Azure preferred) and distributed systems.
Strong data-driven decision making and ability to ship with customers in hand.
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with AI-powered SDLC environments.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap and backlog based on customer impact and dependencies.
Define done and manage scope for incubation, migration, or adoption.
Perform structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and customers.
Triage what ships this quarter and what is a future bet.
Maintain velocity while upholding quality and reliability.
Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and GTM.
Track adoption, migration progress, platform reliability, and time to first integration.
Communicate progress and risks clearly to leadership and partners.
