Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization, overseeing platform capabilities that power RelativityOne. You will define product direction, establish clear health indicators, and partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years in software product management with ownership across multiple lifecycle stages.
Ability to define scope under ambiguity and ship with customers.
Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs, SDKs, security primitives, cloud infrastructure).
Hands-on experience with cloud platform architecture (Azure preferred) and distributed systems.
Knowledge of AI-powered SDLC environments with agentic tooling.
Data-driven with strong product health metrics.
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Active user of AI tools to prototype and draft specs.
Comfort mentoring junior PMs.

Responsibilities

Own it: strong product execution across the lifecycle.
Own the roadmap and backlog.
Sequence work based on customer impact, technical dependencies, and business priorities.
Define what 'done' looks like and hold to it.
Get it in front of real customers or internal consumers early and often.
Run structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs.
Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter and what is a future bet.
Drive velocity while holding the quality bar.
Build platform-first thinking and governance for scalable adoption.
Lead through influence across product, engineering, and GTM.
