Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure for RelativityOne. You will own platform capabilities spanning automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-powered extensibility.

You will drive the product roadmap, engage with engineering and security teams, and ensure disciplined delivery with a focus on velocity, reliability, and governance across complex legal data workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across incubation, migration, or scaled adoption.
• Ability to define scope under uncertainty and ship with customers in hand.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products with measurable adoption.
• Cloud platform architecture experience (Azure preferred) and distributed systems understanding.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled SDLC environments and agentic tooling.
• Data-driven: using metrics to set goals and monitor health.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by impact, dependencies, and priorities.
• Define done criteria and uphold it across incubation to adoption phases.
• Run structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and internal consumers to validate needs and drive roadmap.
• Make tough scope calls about what ships this quarter or later, document reasoning, preserve momentum.
• Drive velocity without compromising quality; manage platform bugs and reliability.
• Know when to apply discovery vs adoption strategies for net-new capabilities to scale.
