Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure for RelativityOne. Define the product direction, success metrics, and collaborate with engineering to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities powering RelativityOne.

You will drive AI-enabled extensibility, governance, and developer-centric tooling while coordinating with partners and internal teams to accelerate adoption and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Ability to deliver through ambiguity with hard prioritization.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs, SDKs, extensions, security primitives).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog and sequence work by impact and priority.
• Define what "done" looks like and enforce it across incubation, migration, and adoption.
• Run structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs to gather evidence for roadmap.
• Make hard scope calls: determine what ships this quarter vs future bets or holds.
• Maintain velocity while upholding quality and reliability for downstream users.
• Differentiate between discovery and adoption phases and tailor the approach.
• Translate platform concepts into developer-facing narratives and documentation.
