Happen Bank, formerly LendingClub, is seeking a Sr Product Manager to drive Personal Loan outcomes in a data-driven, customer-focused role. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and cross‑functional delivery from discovery through launch to improve conversion and engagement.

Strong leadership and experience in regulated financial services are essential. This role requires collaboration across engineering, analytics, risk, and marketing in a hybrid, in-office setting in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with customer-facing/data-driven products.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes via discovery, prioritization, and execution.
• Experience in regulated environments balancing customer experience with risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve strategy for Personal Loan initiatives and performance goals.
• Lead cross-functional execution from discovery to launch with accountability for results.
• Improve conversion and funnel performance by reducing friction in the loan journey.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, risk, compliance, operations, and marketing.
