Job summary

Upgrade, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management for its Personal Loans business. You will identify growth opportunities across the customer journey, from acquisition to new loan programs, and lead cross-functional teams to execution.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Risk, Credit, and Analytics to build business cases, define hypotheses, and measure success. This role is hybrid, based in San Francisco or Wilmington, with on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in product management, at Principal or Director level.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and commercial instincts with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own growth product strategy for Personal Loans and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to connect strategy with channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
