Topstep is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Payments & Wallet domain, the engine behind funding, balances, and payouts. You will connect customer needs with business outcomes and align partner teams on a clear roadmap to raise conversion, reliability, and access.

The role combines strong product judgment with execution, offering broad influence across teams and a chance to shape the platform's future.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Product Management with ownership of payments or wallet products.
• Fluency in payments/wallet concepts: PSPs, ACH, KYC/KYB, fraud/risk.
• Data-driven operator with dashboards and SQL to size opportunities and ROI.
• Experience shipping releases at scale with measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; turning ambiguity into decisions.
• Compliance mindset with PCI/NACHA/OFAC awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payments & Wallet roadmap across checkout, balances, transfers, payouts, and fees.
• Define PRDs aligned to user and business goals for cross‑team releases.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Support, and Risk.
• Optimize the funnel with experiments and instrumentation to improve metrics.
• Manage vendors & integrations (PSPs, ACH, KYC/KYB, risk/fraud, wallets).
• Establish metrics and report performance; assess ROI and resourcing trade-offs.
• Align stakeholders on roadmap scope and decisions; communicate status clearly.
• Safeguard trust & compliance with PCI, OFAC, disputes & reconciliation.
