Job summary

StarRez seeks a Senior Product Manager, Payments to own the Payments domain end-to-end, shaping vision, strategy, and roadmaps with cross-functional teams. The role drives outcomes across our B2B SaaS platform and partner ecosystems.

You'll work with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, Finance, and external providers to deliver customer value and business impact, while tracking KPIs and optimizing pricing and monetisation models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience owning a product area across full lifecycle and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including gateways, processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience linking product decisions to revenue, pricing, and business performance.
• Experience with payments pricing, monetisation models, or revenue-sharing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payments across StarRez products.
• Drive roadmap prioritisation and trade-offs to deliver measurable business impact.
• Own payments performance against KPIs including revenue, adoption, and reconciliation efficiency.
• Develop pricing and monetisation strategies to optimise financial outcomes.
• Build expertise in payment ecosystems to inform long-term product direction.
• Lead data-driven, hypothesis-led development using experimentation and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Quality, and Design for clear direction and high-quality delivery.
• Work with Partnerships and external providers to expand capabilities and drive growth.
