Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally within fintech or payments.
• Proven experience managing and developing a small product team.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry, including regulatory considerations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear product decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap execution for a core area of the payments platform.
• Lead and develop a team of 2, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into clear requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
• Manage full lifecycle from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate on long-term strategy and prioritization with the Chief Product Officer.
• Ensure alignment with payments regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Communicate roadmaps, timelines, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
