You’ll identify payment-failure drivers, leverage third-party data to assess repayment ability, and shape scalable solutions that advance the borrower experience across Upstart’s servicing ecosystem.

• Identify the highest-impact causes of payment failures and lead solutions that improve payment success and borrower outcomes.
• Improve how we understand an individual borrower’s ability to repay, including through thoughtful use of third‑party data sources.
• Shape a scalable payments platform that supports Upstart’s broader servicing and borrower experience initiatives.
