Job summary

Veeva Systems in Boston seeks a Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM to drive the patient-centric vision within Vault CRM. You will partner with the Vault CRM team to evolve the platform for PSPs, patient services, and AI-enabled orchestration while ensuring high security and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HealthTech domains (Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or PM for patient-specific software) with HIPAA/GDPR knowledge.
• 3+ years PM experience launching enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to influence roadmaps across multiple product teams in a matrixed PM environment.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Experience writing detailed requirements and leading agile engineering teams.
• Ability to translate clinical customer needs into technical requirements for developers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient CRM roadmap for recruitment, enrollment, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Vault CRM teams to optimize core platform for high-touch patient services.
• Represent product at Patient Services events and gather market intelligence.
• Translate patient journeys (reimbursement, trial support, adherence) into specs.
• Partner with AI PM team to build agents for empathetic patient interactions.
• Guide features from concept to global release with UX/engineering/QA/services.
