Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM to lead the patient-centric vision within Vault CRM.

You will collaborate with the Vault CRM PM team to evolve core platform, AI agents, and data architecture to meet highly sensitive PSP and patient services requirements. You will own the dedicated roadmap for recruitment, enrollment, and long-term engagement, translating patient journeys into technical specs and working with UX, engineering, and QA to drive global release

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or PM for patient-specific software.
• 3+ years PM experience at a software company launching enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to influence roadmaps across multiple product teams in a matrixed PM environment.
• Demonstrated data-driven problem-solving to uncover customer needs.
• Experience writing detailed specifications, backlog management, and leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient CRM roadmap and deliver features for recruitment, enrollment, and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with Vault CRM teams to optimize core platform for high-touch, high-security patient services.
• Represent the product team at Patient Services events and inform strategy with market intelligence.
• Translate patient journeys, reimbursements, and clinical trial support into technical specs.
• Partner with AI PMs to build agents helping patient case managers interact with patients.
• Guide features from concept to global release and customer adoption with UX/engineering/QA teams.
