The Senior Product Manager will own the patient-focused vision and drive a dedicated roadmap for recruitment, enrollment, and ongoing engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet high-security, high-touch requirements. Qualifications

• HealthTech industry experience (5+ years) with patient privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
• 3+ years PM experience in software with enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to influence roadmaps across multiple product teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong problem-solving with a data-driven mindset."
• Technical execution: writing detailed requirements, backlog management, agile leadership.
• Translate clinical/patient services concepts into technical specs for engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient CRM roadmap: recruitment, enrollment, long-term engagement features.
• Collaborate with Vault CRM teams to integrate patient-specific requirements into core platform.
• Represent product team at patient services events and gather market insights.
• Translate patient journeys (reimbursement, trial support, adherence) into specs.
• Partner with AI PM team to build agents for empathetic, efficient patient interactions.
• Guide features from concept through design to global release and adoption.
