Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Manager for Vault CRM to shape AI-driven, data-enabled CRM solutions for life sciences. You will own the full lifecycle from ideation to delivery, partnering with UX, architecture, development, and services to ship features at scale and impact customers worldwide.

You will influence the roadmap, translate market trends and customer feedback into clear requirements, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience for a software company.
• Ability to gather customer feedback and translate into requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentations).
• Experience writing requirements, managing backlogs, and guiding engineering and QA in an Agile environment.
• Ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery to bring new features to market.
• Translate market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies into clear product requirements.
• Drive the ideation and development of new AI features within our core software.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, development, and QA to create detailed product specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams in daily standups and ensure timely releases.
• Present roadmaps and demos to customers and stakeholders to gather feedback.
