Jobgether SRL is seeking a Product Manager for P&C Insurance Technology to lead strategy across policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims, and AI/data solutions. Remote US-based role offering growth toward broader product leadership, with collaboration across Product Owners, analysts, and senior stakeholders.

You will shape the roadmap, build business cases, and present capabilities to customers and executives, while guiding portfolio-level product practices in a modern technology

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years in Product Management or a related analytical/product role.
• Experience mentoring at least one direct report or readiness to transition into people management.
• Strong business case development and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work across multiple product lines, Product Owners, and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology; MBA is an advantage.

• Define portfolio strategy across the P&C insurance product suite, including data and AI solutions.
• Define cross-functional initiatives and epics spanning multiple backlogs.
• Maintain portfolio performance, progress, dependencies, risks, and roadmap health.
• Develop data-driven business cases for major investments with measurable indicators.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Mentor and develop a Senior Product Analyst.
• Prepare narratives and strategic analyses for executives and customers.
