Majesco is transforming insurance technology and seeks a Product Owner for P&C Policy & Commercial Underwriting to own the backlog across policy lifecycle and underwriting, including AI-assisted decisioning.

You will define priorities, guide AI use cases, manage integration with data providers, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and customers to modernize workflows and risk evaluation.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Functional Leadership within P&C insurance tech.
• Hands-on experience at a P&C carrier, insurance software vendor, or both.
• Understanding of commercial underwriting processes, risk triage, evaluation and decision support, referrals and authority workflows.

• Own and prioritize roadmap and backlog for submission, quoting, issuance, endorsement, and underwriting risk evaluation.
• Lead AI-driven underwriting configurations and define rules, workflows, and decision logic.
