Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Property & Casualty Insurance Product Manager - Personal Lines to optimize portfolios, manage rate filings, and perform market assessments. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation, and apply data-driven insights to enhance profitability and policyholder value.

The role requires 10+ years in P&C product management or consulting, deep pricing, underwriting, and regulatory expertise, plus familiarity with Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field; MBA/CPCU/AINS preferred.
• 5+ years in P&C product management, consulting, or strategy with a focus on personal lines.
• CPCU, AINS, ARM, Lean Six Sigma or PMP certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines product development, pricing, underwriting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to top-tier insurers on personal lines products including homeowners, auto, renters, and umbrella.
• Lead product rationalization to reduce complexity, enhance profitability, and improve customer experience.
• Drive new product development using telematics, usage-based insurance, embedded insurance, and AI-driven pricing models.
• Develop and implement product run-off strategies with regulatory alignment and financial stability.
• Guide regulatory advisory initiatives ensuring compliance with state DOI regulations, NAIC model laws, and evolving standards.
