Job summary

Majesco is seeking a Product Owner for P&C Policy & Commercial Underwriting with a remote US location. Lead the backlog for policy lifecycle and underwriting, driving AI-assisted capabilities and decision support.

You will collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to modernize workflows, ensure risk evaluation alignment, and deliver scalable platform capabilities in a dynamic insurance technology environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Ownership/Business Analysis in P&C tech.
• Experience with policy administration and commercial underwriting.
• Agile delivery tools experience (Jira/Aha!).

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and backlog for policy issuance, endorsement, and UW risk evaluation.
• Define AI-enabled underwriting capability and automation rules.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate workflows into platform features.
• Define integration requirements with data providers for underwriting.
• Validate features with QA and stakeholders; engage insurers and MGAs.
