Job summary

Artisight is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Operating Room Solutions. You’ll own the OR offering from discovery to deployment, partnering with clinical leaders and engineers to deliver a repeatable, ROI-driven product line.

The role is remote in the U.S. with travel up to 50%. You bring 5+ years in product management, deep OR domain experience, strong written communication, and a proven ability to translate field insights into a clear roadmap.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on operating room experience with ability to engage OR directors, nurses, and surgeons in conversation.
• 5+ years in product management, solutions, or a client-facing product role with a track record of customer-facing leadership.
• Experience taking a technology capability to market in a clinical setting: packaging it, proving it, and getting it adopted.
• Strong written communication skills; requirements, specs, discovery findings, and enablement material are core outputs of this role.
• Comfort with data: able to look at case event data, spot anomalies, and reason about why they matter.
• Ability to earn trust quickly; OR staff are busy and vendors compete for their time and attention.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own site delivery for OR accounts: lead discovery, define go-live criteria, and hold the team to it.
• Build and maintain the OR product offering: what's in the package, what phases in later, and what we say no to.
• Convert field observation and client requests into written, evidenced, ranked requirements and drive them into the roadmap through engineering product managers.
• Develop assets that accelerate site deployment: discovery scripts, workflow documentation, camera layout patterns, validation protocols, and sales enablement material.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering on OR opportunities, pilot scoping, and site readiness before commitments.
• Advocate for OR-specific features on the product roadmap, coordinating with engineering PM leadership on prioritization.
• Represent the OR persona across the main application roadmap and ensure cohesive offering across care sites.
