Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for ASC solutions with a focus on Anesthesia workflows. You will shape the product vision, drive a strategic roadmap, and work with Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver clinically impactful solutions.

You will own the lifecycle from concept to launch, partnering with customers to validate needs, define pricing, and optimize ongoing performance. Remote role with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology solutions spanning hardware and software.
• Understanding of healthcare trends affecting automation and technology.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across disciplines.
• Experience using modern PM and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Data-driven approach with meaningful success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion product strategy for ASC solutions with focus on Anesthesia workflows.
• Own product development across lifecycle: definition, pricing strategy, GTM, launch, and performance.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and test hypotheses.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Drive data-informed roadmap decisions balancing innovation, tech debt, and customer value.
• Develop compelling value propositions and communicate differentiation.
• Measure and optimize performance through financial, commercial, and customer outcomes.
