Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience spanning hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion product strategy for ASC solutions, focusing on Anesthesia and related workflows.
• Own product development and commercialization across the lifecycle, including market definition, pricing, GTM, and launches.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and test product hypotheses.
• Lead through cross-functional influence across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations.
• Drive data-informed roadmap decisions balancing innovation, customer value, and business growth.
• Develop clear, compelling value propositions that differentiate the product and communicate it effectively.
• Measure and optimize product performance by tracking financial, commercial, and customer outcomes.
