Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Senior Product Manager for ASC solutions, with a focus on Anesthesia workflows. This remote role involves shaping the product vision and coordinating across engineering, clinical, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful ASC solutions.

You will drive a data-informed roadmap, balance innovation with customer value, and own go-to-market initiatives from concept to launch and optimization. Some travel is required, up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience developing technology solutions spanning hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of market, industry, and technology trends affecting healthcare and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines, align stakeholders, and influence without direct authority.
• Ability to break down complex customer, business, and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Experience using modern product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Data-driven approach to product management, including the ability to define meaningful success metrics and use insights to guide priorities and decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion product strategy for ASC solutions focused on Anesthesia workflows.
• Own product development and go‑to‑market activities across the lifecycle.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and validate opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Drive roadmap decisions using data to balance innovation and value.
• Develop compelling value propositions for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor outcomes and optimize growth and customer satisfaction.
